Membership Dues

  • Annual Membership dues are $25.00 per Center and are non-transferable.
  • Membership covers each annual period January -December and will not be prorated.
  • Membership dues help to cover operational costs of the chapter.
  • Payments via mail can be made with check, cashiers check, or money order. Please make checks payable to “Prince Georges County Chapter – MSCCA”.

Professional Development

  • Reduced fees on training for chapter members.

  • Chapter members can volunteer to serve on the chapter’s Board and receive 1 PAU (Professional Activity Unit).

  • Receive 1 PAU under the Maryland Child Care Credential program.

  • Monthly professional development and training through approved MSDE training organizations to help promote quality and education in the work place.

Networking & Support

  • Professional support through networking opportunities, technical assistance, lunch and learn sessions, and mentoring opportunities that will help develop and unify collaboration for center Directors and Owners. 
  • Special events held for Directors and Owners.
  • Continuous, cutting edge communication emailed to members about relevant child care issues and topics through the MSCCA link.
  • Receive current and up-to-date information through the Tuesday Tidbit.
